Science has had more advances in the past year than it has in the past 100, dou in great part to the massive knowledge researchers continue to glean from the recovered Rikti technology. It is Ron Hughes' greatest pleasure to report on these developments as a writer for The Paragon Science Journal, especially since he knows that not all those making advances have Paragon City's best interests at heart. Ron knows just the right questions to ask, and his contacts in the scientific community often tip him off to research taking place under shady circumstances. He finds such experiments morally appalling, and he's helped more than a few heroes bust illegal labs.

|Perez Park used to be a beautiful place to take your family for an afternoon picnic. Now, no one in his right mind wanders in there. Most of the area has been abandoned, largely due to the rumors of unholy Circle of Thorns rites taking place deep within the forest. The park is entirely overgrown, a perfect place for those strange mystics to summon up a demon or two. This zone is so deadly that even heroes shouldn't go in there in groups of fewer than three.|

Some Skulls have set up a lab to make their own Superadine. Someone needs to destroy that drug lab and recover the sample the Skulls are using. Can you get it done before they can go into mass production?
I know you can do it, but be careful. The rumor is that Marrow Drinker is running the show. He won't go down easy.

The Skulls have been selling a lot of Superadine in Perez Park lately. The hospitals are crowded with overdosed addicts, and street crime is escalating. I need you to go to the source. Get over to Perez Park and stop the Skulls' drug trafficking. If we can't stem the flow of Superadine, we could wind up losing a lot of people in that zone.
The Boneyard and the park itself are some of the Skulls' favorite hangouts. I suggest you start there.

Break Up the Gang Fight Edit
The Skulls are planning to move on a Hellions hideout in an abandoned office building. I need someone to break up that gang fight. But watch out; once you show up, they won't stay around for long. You only have 75 minutes to break up the gang fight.
I hear the Hellions have some valuable artifacts stored in that hideout. Bring them back if you can. Your only real objective is to stop the fight, but if you can prevent the artifacts from being destroyed, I'd be much obliged to you.
You can hear the sounds of gunfire and flame, muted by the old office's decaying walls.

It seems both the Hellions and the Skulls were operating under orders. There are bigger things afoot than a simple scuffle over territory. We have to get to the bottom of the Skulls' and the Hellions' connections!
