Rivera Medical center is the hospital in the Hero tutorial zone, Outbreak. It is the first place you are sent in the tutorial (to deliver a serum sample), and the rest of the tutorial missions involve this hospital's investigation of a mysterious drug that many people in the area have just taken by mistake.
