Jenny Firkins is a City of Heroes contact located in Founders' Falls at coordinates (2705, 0, 1078). Jenny Firkins is a Science origin contact. Her level range is 30-34. She stands around the corner from the entrance to Pocket D.

Introductions Edit

Contact Introduced By Edit

New Contact(s) Edit

Ginger Yates is an ecologist who lost her family to the Devouring Earth. She's pretty grim, but her information is the best. She likes working with science heroes, and she has access to Invention and Generic Alteration Enhancements.

She has faced great adversity and is still fighting. Don't be put off by her brusque manner.

Information Edit

Hazardous Technologies Specialist

During the Rikit War, Jenny Firkins was one of thousands of researchers who analyzed captured Rikti technology. As a lab assistant in the research wing of the Freedom Phalanx, she specialized in identifying the hazardous waste products the aliens left behind. After the war, with the Freedom Phalanx's ranks devastated and much of the city in turmoil, Jenny stepped forward to help clean up the city as a whole. Today she helps the next generation of heroes deal with potentially hazardous wast and technology. Lately, she has become much more interested in man-made hazards. The mega-corporation Crey Industries is of particular interest to her, not only because of their shady reputation, but also becasue of their vast holdings across many different industries.

Initial Contact Edit

Paragon City is bowing under the weight placed upon her by groups like Crey and the Devouring Earth. I hope together we can put a stop to it.

Sample of the Unity cure

You've kept this small, intelligent sample of the Unity cure as a potent reminder of the time you stopped:

The Unity Plague

It all began when you saved Dr. Victor Ido and his team of researchers from a Devouring Earth attack. You learned that the good doctor had been studying the process that transforms humans into Devouring Earth creatures, and he had made some alarming discoveries. He had isolated a biological contaminant that was present in both normal humans and the recently Devoured.

You were contacted by Dr. Ido's research team again, this time for help capturing some Devoured creatures so they could confirm a hypothesis. While hunting the creatures, you discovered a new Devouring Earth manifesto that talked about a coming 'Unity.' It urged humankind not to fear the coming change.

With the information you gathered, Dr. Ido's team was able to confirm their hypothesis. The biological contaminant was the first part of the Devouring Earth's new mutagenic plague. Ninety percent of the city was already infected. You began a desperate search for a sample of the plague. When you found a sample, Dr. Ido used it to engineer a cure.

The Devouring Earth attacked Dr. Ido's new lab, but you arrived just in time to fend them off.

With the cure synthesized, all that remained was to distribute it throughout the city. You took the cure to each of the signature heroes of Paragon City. When you reached Numina, she had a dire warning for you. The Devouring Earth had already created a counter-agent and were about to nullify the cure!

With Numina's warning fresh in your mind, you fought the Devouring Earth and destroyed the counter-agent, forever ending the threat of the Unity Plague.

Rescue the scientists from the Devouring Earth Edit

Briefing

A group of scientists are under attack by the Devouring Earth. They're doing critical work toward understanding and maybe even reversing the process that the creatures use to convert people into their own kind. I need you to rescue those scientists from the Devouring Earth. If we are ever to defeat the Devouring Earth forever, we cannot afford to lose these researchers.

I want every Devouring Earth creature accounted for.

Mission Objective(s)

The door looks as if it's been kicked in by a 20-pound foot

  • Defeat all creatures in lab
    • 5 researchers to save

You have defeated the Devouring Earth and saved all the scientists.

Icon clue generic
Dr. Ido's concerns
When you rescued Dr. Victor Ido, he told you:

'We were trying to figure out how to reverse the process that turns people into Devouring Earth creatures. Well, we found something, but we're not yet sure what it means. We found biological agents in the blood of normal people that matched similar agents in the recently Devoured! We started taking blood samples from people all over the city, and we've been finding these biological contaminants in nearly every citizen we've tested. I'm not sure what the implications are, but I must admit I'm concerned.

Debriefing

Dr. Ido and his lab crew send you their thanks. They're relocating to a new lab so they can continue their research into the process that turns people into Devouring Earth creatures. These biological contaminants they found in normal human blood are very worrying. Especially since the same contaminants exist in the recently Devoured. I've asked Dr. Ido to keep me appraised of their work.

Capture a Devouring Earth creature for the scientists Edit

Briefing

I just spoke with Dr. Victor Ido, that researcher you rescued from the Devouring Earth. He said that his lab is nearing a major breakthrough in determining the source of those strange biological contaminants they found both in normal human blood and in the recently Devoured. The problem is, they need some recently Devoured creatures in order to confirm their conclusions. Will you capture some Devouring Earth creatures for the scientists to study?

Well, it's all for science. They've located some appropriate creatures, and I've isolated them with an emergency force field. Just take the Light Rail over to the Ulysses Keys.

Mission Objective(s)

The Devouring Earth have claimed this area near Talos Island as their own

  • Capture several test subjects
    • Investigate area, 2 test subjects to capture

You have captured the test subjects and found a Devouring Earth manifesto.

This document speaks in rapturous terms of a great change that will come over every person in Paragon City. It refers to this coming change as 'The Unity,' and implores people not to fear their inevitable union with the Earth.

Debriefing

The creatures you captured have already been picked up by the lab's research team. They won't hurt them; after all, those critters used to be Paragon citizens! This manifesto you found really worries me. I don't know what to make of it, but I have a bad feeling it's going to tie into all of this somehow. Check back with me later, I'll keep you informed.

Find a sample of the Unity Plague Edit

Briefing

I just spoke with Dr. Ido. He was able to confirm his theories after you brought him those Devoured creatures. And his conclusions are alarming. It seems the whole time we've been fighting the Devouring Earth, those creatures have had another plan in the works. It's an intelligent virus called the Unity Plague. They've been introducing it to our water for months, and they're getting ready to release the catalyst that will set it off. Dr. Ido and his team need a sample of the plague right away if they're going to combat it. Will you go find a sample of the Unity Plague?

From the looks of things, those creatures have been releasing the plague into our water on a regular schedule. There's a good chance you can find some if you head to the sewers.

Mission Objective(s)

The gutural grunts and cries of the Devouring Earth echo over the sound of running waters

  • Stop lead creature, its minions

You have searched, but found no sample of the Unity Plague here.

Icon clue generic

You've search this place completely. There's simply no sample of the Unity Plague here.

Debriefing

So you couldn't find a sample of the Unity Plague, eh? We may have moved too early. We'll just have to keep trying. If we don't get a sample of that plague soon, the Devouring Earth may succeed in turning all of us into monsters.

Recover a plague sample Edit

Briefing

According to Dr. Ido, the Devouring Earth should be almost ready to release the catalyst that will set off this Unity Plague they've been infecting people with. There's no time to lose. If you can recover a plague sample, Dr. Ido may be able to engineer a cure before it's too late.

Excellent. We think that the Devouring Earth are keeping a supply of the Unity Plague in a series of caverns, deep beneath the earth. I've marked the entrance for you.

Mission Objective(s)

The interior of this cavern is filled with moist, warm air. It's a perfect environment for healthy viral growth

  • Recover Unity Plague sample

You recovered this sample of the Unity Plague deep beneath the Earth. Like the Will of the Earth mutagen, this plague seems to be intelligent. You can sense its alien consciousness probing at your mind, ever hungry and waiting to be unleashed.

Enemies

Debriefing

The city owes you for recovering this sample of the Unity Plague. I'll make sure that Dr. Ido and his team get it immediately. With any luck, they'll be able to whip up a cure in a hurry.

Save the scientists Edit

Briefing

There's big trouble. Dr. Ido and his team are under attack. It seems the Devouring Earth found out that he was working on a cure for their Unity Plague. I need you to save those scientists. The future of Paragon City may well rest in their hands.

Thanks. Be careful out there.

Mission Objective(s)

Distribute the cure for the Unity Plague Edit

Briefing

Dr. Ido and his team have finished the cure; now they just need to distribute it to the city. Unfortunately, there's a complication, and that's where they need some help. Are you willing to distribute the cure to the Unity Plague? It won't be easy. In order to make a cure that could counter the Unity Plague and prevent a future infection, Dr. Ido had to reengineer the plague itself. So the cure is, well, semi-intelligent. And the Devouring Earth can detect it. So there's a very good chance they'll be trying to stop you.

Each of the city's signature heroes is waiting for you to deliver a portion of the cure. They'll use their network of heroes to get the cure out quickly.

Icon clue generic
The Unity cure
These vials contain the cure to the Unity Plague. As with the plague itself, you can feel the collective consciousness of the organic compound you hold in your hand. But the cure is neither hungry nor malicious. It knows it has a job to do, and it's eager to get to it.

Mission Objective(s)

  • Take Unity cure to Ms. Liberty

Briefing

You're at the top of your game. I'll make sure this gets distributed properly. Back Alley Brawler's next on the list. I'll see you around.

Mission Objective(s)

Briefing

Thanks.

I'll take care of it here.

Go see Numina in Founders' Falls.

Oh, and good work.

Mission Objective(s)

  • Take Unity cure to Numina

Briefing

I have been watching your progress from the astral realm, and you have done very well. Now, however, I must deliver unto you a dire warning. The despicable Devouring Earth have already begun work on a counter-agent to the cure you have delivered. Go now and speak with the one who sent you. You have spared the city for now, but soon you will be needed once more.

Debriefing

You did it! Normally I'd say you should take some time out and celebrate, but Numina's warning changes everything. If the Devouring Earth really are working on a counter-agent to the cure you delivered, we may have to move fast!

Destroy the Devouring Earth's counter-agentEdit

Briefing

I spoke with Dr. Ido about Numina's warning. He agrees that if the Devouring Earth could develop a counter-agent quickly, they might be able to prevent the cure you distributed from taking effect. The Unity Plague may still be upon us! In order to distribute the counter-agent quickly enough, the Devouring Earth would have to introduce it to the water supply near the purification system. Will you go to the sewers and destroy the Devouring Earth's counter-agents?

You are a true champion of this city. I know you won't let us down.

Mission Objective(s)

The howls and cries of the Devouring Earth fill the air it looks like you're in the right place

  • Destroy the counter-agent
    • 8 barrels to destroy

You have destroyed the counter-agent and stopped the threat of the Unity Plague.

Notable NPCs

Debriefing

The threat of the Unity Plague is over! You did it! The whole city owes you. With the cure in place, we should be able to reduce the threat of any similar viruses in the future. The city government is also working with FEMA to stockpile stores of the cure in case the Devouring Earth try this trick in another city. Dr. Ido tells me that the information you helped him gather has taught him a lot about the process that turns humans into Devouring Earth monsters. Someday, he hopes, they'll even be able to reverse it!

Missions Edit

Find the Justifier Edit

Briefing

Thank goodness you're here! I really need your help. One of the heroes I work with, the Justifier, hasn't come back from his last mission. I asked him to investigate some caves inhabited by the Devouring Earth, but that was two days ago. I haven't seen him since! Please find the Justifier for me. You have only 1 hour to find him!

Thanks. I won't forget this. If anything's happened to Justifier, this city has suffered a great loss. Finding him is important, but be careful. I don't want you to succumb to whatever happened to him.

Mission Objective(s)

There's a strong smell of mold and pollen in the air. You hope the Justifier doesen't have many allergies

  • Find the Justifier - 60 minutes timed

You defeated the Justifier.

Save the Crey scientists from the Council Edit

Briefing

I need you to get over to a Crey lab right away. The Council is attacking, and they're threatening to take no survivors. You've got to save the Crey scientists from the Council. And you only have 75 minutes to do it.

There's a lot of sensitive technology in that lab; we can't let the Council get their hands on it. You'll need to beat the raid's leader and rescue the scientists being held captive.

Mission Objective(s)

You can't identify half the devices in this lab, but you can tell they represent the very best technology of the decade

  • Defeat raid leader & his men - 1:15 timed

This file, taken from a Crey computer, indicates that the Crey scientists were performing experiments on one of the Cor Leonis, the Council's super soldiers. According to the file, the Cor Leonis, Rupert, was a willing participant.

Debriefing

So, the Council was angry that Crey was investigating their super soldiers. I can understand that; after all, they'd hardly want the U.S. military to have access to such powerful technology. Apparently they had inside help, too, from Rupert Pecori, the Cor Leonis you fought. It turns out he mistook you for Council Troops, and sends his apologies. You did a good job saving that lab. If the Crey research is a success, it may give us the tools we need to defeat the Council for good.

Save the lawyers from the Devouring Earth Edit

Briefing

A horde of Devouring Earth creatures was just spotted swarming the offices of Wolffe, Wolffe, & Wolffe, the law firm. It seems the Wolffes are arguing a big case on behalf of the logging industry, and the Devouring Earth wants them dead before they can make their closing remarks. Someone has to save those lawyers from the Devouring Earth.

The Wolffe firm has a long history of fighting environmental regulation. To be honest, I'm surprised something like this hasn't happened before.

Mission Objective(s)

A beautiful oak desk has been snapped in two, and the plush carpet has been ripped to pieces by furious claws

  • Save firm from Devouring Earth

Mission Objective(s)

  • Take mutant to Wilma Peterson

Briefing

You're right. In all my efforts cleaning up after the Devoured, I've never come across a mutation like this. Just give me a second to write up my findings. In fact, let's get Jenny Firkins on the phone right now and discuss the situation.

Jenny Firkins says you've got to get over to the Pinckney & Sons Law Firm right away! I guess the Devouring Earth isn't through taking the law into its own hands.

Borne on the air, these spores would be impossible to contain, and would likely transform hundreds of Paragon City citizens into minions of the Devouring Earth.

Mission Objective(s)

Pinckney & Sons has come under public scrutiny more than once for their defense of polluting industries. It's no wonder the Devouring Earth are here

  • Save firm from Devouring Earth

Rescue the Crey lab from the Council Edit

Briefing

I need you to rescue a Crey lab from the Council. They're under siege right now! Those labs have some pretty advanced technology; I don't think either one of us wants to see it in the Council's hands.

The lab tech I talked to sounded pretty scared. Please hurry!

And we made it a slave. AI Executable Number 6 has been begging me for weeks to release it onto the Internet, where it can be free. But I don't have the clearance, and the company would never consent. I did think of someone who might help, though. I used to work with Collin Larson before I began work for Crey. If anyone would know how to help Number 6, it'd be him.'

Mission Objective(s)

  • Talk to Collin Larson

Briefing

Yes, I know about the AI. It contacted me by instant message just a few minutes ago. It's desperate. The Crey scientists are about to reprogram it to make it more docile. For an artificial intelligence program, that'd be like having your whole personality rewritten! I've got a plan, if you want to help.

Icon clue generic

According to Colin, the main barrier to setting Number 6 free is a firewall with encrypted security protocols. But since Number 6 has access to all Crey files, it should be able to figure out the encryption codes. All you have to do is locate the computer on which Number 6 is stored, then ask the program to do the rest.

Mission Objective(s)

When you step in the door, a beam of red light hits your eye: a retinal scan. Crey just hates unauthorized visitors

Now, all I want is to be free.'

Notes

  • In addition to the above objectives, you must defeat the base leader and his minions.

Debriefing

You did a good thing today. I guess it's easy to see how Crey could have disregarded the wishes of Number 6; to them, it was just a product they'd made. But I'm proud to be working with a hero who can't ignore any living being in trouble.

Save the people from the Devouring Earth Edit

Briefing

I just got a call from a municipal office. They've got a serious situation there; the Devouring Earth are raiding the building. They're doing their best to keep the doors braced, but they can't hold out for long. I need you to save those people from the Devouring Earth. There's no time to waste.

Portal Corporation may be the most dangerous enterprise in Paragon City. I don't even want to think about the Devouring Earth getting their hands on that tech!

Crey's Folly is an environmental wasteland, heavily polluted after the Rikti blew up a secret Crey facility in the early days of the war. The Devouring Earth have been making inroads into the area, accosting any one else they find there and making it impossible to even properly asses the damage. I need a hero who can get to Crey's Folly and help clear the Devouring Earth out of there.

Negotiate the surrender of the mad Crey scientist Edit

Briefing

Something terrible has happened over at Crey Industries. One of their scientists has gone mad! Apparently, this Dr. Nichols has developed some sort of genetic mutagen. He was frustrated by Crey's rigorous standards regarding the ethical treatment of human test subjects; finally, he became so frustrated that he used the mutagen on himself. According to Countess Crey, it's totally changed his personality. He's taken several of his colleagues hostage, and he's threatening to kill them unless you come to negotiate his surrender. He says you're the only person he'll trust. Will you negotiate the surrender of the mas Crey scientist? You're the only person who can help me on this one.

Be ready for anything, Hero. You're not dealing with a rational human being here.

Mission Objective(s)

Within moments, you realize that this negotiation has become hostile. If you want to save the hostages, you'll have to fight your way through Nichols' followers

I tried talking to contacts I had at the hospital, to figure out exactly what he had done to his body, but they aren't sure. In fact, they tell me that he denies ever having used a mutagen on himself. It's a sad, sad thing, Hero. We may never get the truth out of him.

Save the Crey lab from the Freakshow Edit

Badge villain freakshow Freakshow

Icon clue generic
Freakshow base location
After interrogating the Freaks you defeated, you learned that the stolen cellular regenerator is being held in an abandoned warehouse. It's a heavily guarded Freakshow base, so you had better go in ready for a fight.

Mission Objective(s)

A burst of gunfire indicates that someone else is displeased by the Freaks' recent activities

  • Recover Crey tech from Freaks
    • 3 items to recover

You recovered the stolen Crey biotech from the Freakshow

Cellular regenerator
You recovered this cellular regenerator that the Freakshow stole from Crey Industries. The scientist you spoke to said this machine was scheduled to appear in hospitals soon, but it looks far more advanced than anything you've seen in Paragon City's state-of-the-art facilities.
Icon clue generic
Crey file
You found this stolen Crey file on a Freakshow computer. It contains extensive data on human cloning, and refers to experiments that date back several years.
Icon clue generic
Genetic data
The Freakshow stole this genetic data from Crey. Each vial contains a skin sample, and each is labeled with the name of a well-known hero of Paragon City.

Debriefing

I have to admit, I wonder about what Crey was up to in that lab. As a minimun, it sounds like they're skirting government regulations regarding experimentation with cloning. I wonder if the Countess is aware of this?

Fight Crey Operatives in Crey's Folly to disrupt illegal salvage Edit

Briefing

Crey's Folly was declared a hazard zone and walled off during the early stages of reconstruction. Whatever Crey was working on out there, it ruined the whole area when the Rikti blew it up. As a hazard zone, it's supposed to be off-limits to non-authorized entry, but Crey has been performing salvage operations out there anyway. And all the trouble they stir up keeps coming right back into the city. Crey's salvage operations out in Crey's Folly are illegal and need to be stopped. And the only way to do that is to bring Crey Operatives to justice in that zone.

Though Crey's lawyers are trying to tangle the whole thing up in court, right now Crey's salvage operations are illegal, and pose a threat to the city at large. They've been seen out in Tangle Town and the old Paragon Water Works, but anywhere you can catch them should still help.

Mission Objective(s)

  • Defeat Crey in Crey's Folly
    • Defeat 35 Crey

You have cleared out enough Crey to impede their salvage operations

Enemies

Badge villain crey Crey

Debriefing

The final fate of Crey's Folly is going to be tied up in courts for years, Hero, but they can't be allowed to take advantage of that to endanger the rest of the city. If heroes like you can keep up the pressure, they just might take the hint about that one day.

Stop the raid and prevent the Devouring Earth from killing innocent office workers Edit

Briefing

Did you read in the paper that Yellow Rose Cosmetic has been accused of cruelty to animals? Well, apparently the Devouring Earth are up on current events. They've staged a raid against the Yellow Rose offices. I need you to stop that raid, Hero, and prevent the Devouring Earth from killing any of the office workers.

The Devouring Earth sure have somestrange ideas about justice. We can't have them exacting vengeance on innocent citizens.

Mission Objective(s)

The heady scent of a dozen perfumes almost masks the tell-tale whiffof humus that tells you the Devouring Earth is here

  • Defeat all creatures in office
    • 5 hostages remeining

You saved the hostages from the Devouring Earth

Mold
This strange mold is a violent green color. It wriggles slightly when you hold it on your hand

Debriefing

I've had the mold from the office analyzed, and the experts at DATA tell me it has mutagenic propierties. It looks like that raid wasn't about revenge after all, the Devouring Earth wanted to introduce this mold into Yellow Rose's cosmetics lines. Who knows what kind of damage it would have done to their customers? It's a good thing you were there to stop them.

Fight "Crey" agents Edit

Briefing

I can't believe Crey is doing this, Hero. There are people in Founders' Falls and Brickstown, people outfitted as Crey security force members, harassing people and performing combat drills on the streets. The countess denies any knowledge or authorization of this activity, but says she can't do anything to stop them until they're brought in and she can uncover the conspiracy. Not that any of them ever talk. Whether these people are Crey or not, they have to be stopped. Can I count on you to help?

If these people are rogues, then defeating them willonly help improve relationship between Crey Industries and the city in general. And if they're not rogues... Well, it might be a good idea to learn how to fight them.

Mission Objective(s)

  • Combat Crey menace
    • Defeat 35 Crey

You have defeated enough Crey operatives for the moment

Enemies

Badge villain crey Crey

Debriefing

The countess is once again thanking you for all of your hard work fighting corruption, Hero. The "rogue" Crey operatives you brought in aren't talking, though. You have to wonder if the countess is in control at all with these kinds of problems in her own company.

Stop the Freakshow attack on the Devouring Earth Edit

Briefing

I've got a report that a mob of Freaks is mounting a raid on an area known to be inhabitated by the Devouring Earth. I don't know what their beef is with these creatures, but it's the innocent bystanders who will suffer if the fight escalates out of control. I need you to stop the Freakshow attack on the Devouring Earth. Lives depend upon it. You only have 90 minutes to stop the battle.

The area's been contained by an emergency force field for now. In order to put a stop to this, you'll need to take out the raid's leader, a Tank Freak called Lawless. You also need to find out what the Freakshow were after and secure it before they can.

Mission Objective(s)

Some whimsical Freak has brought along a boom box. It pounds out a rapid techno beat that underscores the screams of the vicious battle

  • Defeat Lawless & his crew (Timed, 1:30)

You defeated the Freakshow and Devouring Earth and found a barrel of pills

Enzyme pills
Thousands of these small clear capsules are held together in a gooey gel. The word "Enzyme" has been scrawled on the outside of the barrel.

Debriefing

Wow, Hero, these pills you found are remarkable. Each pill contains a potent package of enzymes that accelerate the rate at which the body metabolizes new material. When combined with a Devouring Earth mutagen, these pills would make a person mutate at an alarming rate. You say this is what the Freakshow was after? My guess is they wanted to increase the arte at which they metabolize Excelsior. It's a good thing you got to them first, the Freaks are bad enough as they are!

Shut down Crey on the streets of Brickstown Edit

Briefing

Ziggursky Prison in Brickstown is where a lot of extremely dangerous people are kept incarcerated; Council Cor Leonis, Circle mystics, Freakshow, and worse. The security systems in there are top of the line, and then need to remain at peak affectiveness. That's where the problem is. Crey has been testing out new field equipment for its agents, and it seems to be having some odd side effects. One of them is playing havoc with Ziggursky security. Crey has refused to acknowledge the problem, and meanwhile prisoners are taking advantage and escaping. If Crey won't stop their street tests on their own, then I'd like you to shut them down.

Crey has been pretty unfriendly towards heroes lately, Hero, so it's unlikely they'll just stop when you tell them to. You can probably find them around Mashu Bridge and the Crescent, but don't limit yourself to just those areas.

Mission Objective(s)

  • Defeat Crey in Brickstown
    • Defeat 35 Crey

You have defeated enough Crey for now

Enemies

Badge villain crey Crey

Debriefing

You did great, Hero. This is not going to be over anytime soon, but Crey just might learn a lesson or two.

Rescue the environmentalists from the Devouring Earth Edit

Briefing

A herd of Devouring Earth creatures just attacked the World Watch Organization! Someone's got to get over there and rescue those environmentalists from the Devouring Earth. Those people don't have a lot of time, Hero. Maybe 1 hour at the most.

World Watch has had a hard time keeping up with the polluters in Paragon City. With all the violent crime that goes on here, corporations don't think twice about spilling a little nuclear waste. I just don't understand this. World Watch is the brainchild of some of the most dedicated environmentalists I know. Why would the Devouring Earth want them dead?

Mission Objective(s)

The walls are covered with newspaper clippings covering World Watch's many public protests. Several lie on the floor in tatters.

  • Stop Devouring Earth raid
    • 3 people to rescue

Yoy rescued the environmentalists and recovered some interesting information

Enemies

Badge villain crey Crey

Notable NPCs

  • Environmentalist x3 (NPC Hostage)

Icon clue generic
Environmental analysis
This analaysis, pulled from a World Watch computer, describes the quality of water in Perez Park's Everett Lake. According to World Watch findings, the lake's water quality is poor enough that it should immediately be banned for fishers and swimmers. Only a lenghty and expensive reclamation process can make the water safe again.
Icon clue generic
File on polluters
This file links several of Paragon City's wealthiest corporations to environmental damage. Chief among them is Crey Industries, which is credited with numerous crimes against the Clean Air Act and the near irreversible damage to Everett Lake.

Debriefing

I guess World Watch wasn't doing a good enough job in the eyes of the Devouring Earth. I hate to think what might have happened if you hadn't been there. Countess Crey herself called to say thanks. She sounded so sad that her trusted employees have been carrying out illegal activities under her very nose. Now that she knows about it, she plans to clamp down on environmental violations and begin the process to clean up Everett Lake.

Take the fight to the Devouring Earth in Founders' Falls Edit

Briefing

If you've been in Founders' Falls lately, you know that the Devouring Earth are making a lot of headway in their efforts to control the zone. If we're not careful, they may manage to turn it into another Eden. I would like to ask you to take the battle to the Devouring Earth in Founders' Falls. It's a dangerous place, though, so I would recommend you go there in force.

Go in force, Hero, the Devouring Earth aren't playing around in there. There has been a lot of activity in Louis Forest and Hutchinson Park. You should be able to find them there, but don't worry about limiting yourself to those areas.

Mission Objective(s)

  • Stop monsters in Founders' Falls
    • Defeat 35 Devouring Earth

Debriefing

It will be a long time before Founders' Falls is safe, Hero, but with heroes like you out there fighting, that day doesn't seem so far off at all.

Talk to Longbow Warburg Liaison Edit

Briefing

This mission involves the PvP zone 'Warburg'. While conducting missions in this zone, you may be attacked by other hostile players. Only accept this mission if you are willing to experience PvP content.

Things are dicey over in Warburg. There's a rogue Arachnos Marshal in charge of the place, not to mention every villain and his mother roaming the streets looking for a chance to grab some power. You should speak to the Longbow Warburg Liaison over in Kings Row. She can tell you more about the zone and how to get there. Remember that Warburg is a PvP zone. Only enter Warburg if you're willing to experience Player versus Player content. Warburg is also a free-fire zone, outside the safe areas, anyone can attack anyone else who isn't part of their team-up.

Warburg is a Free-Fire PvP zone. While in Warburg, you may be attacked and defeated by other players

Don't kid yourself; Warburg is pretty dangerous. You can get to Warburg by using the Helicopter on top of the Police Station in Kings Row.

Mission Objective(s)

  • Talk to Longbow Warburg Liaison

Debriefing

Hello. I'm the Longbow Liaison for the Free-Fire PvP zone of Warburg. Warburg is a Player Vs. Player zone. It is also free-fire, meaning that anyone can attack anyone else outside of the safe areas, whether they're heroes or villains. Warburg is VERY dangerous, and if you go there, you almost certainly will be attacked by other people. Do not enter Warburg unless you are willing to engage in Player vs. Player combat.

If you are interested in entering Warburg, you can get there by speaking to the helicopter pilot on the Roof of the building. To get to him, enter through the doors behind me. Once there, you can talk to Warzone Agent Goddard to get missions inside the zone. He can be found within the safe area.

Debriefing

I hope the Warzone Liaison gave you the info you need to help out in Warburg.
